Independent planning and handling of fire protection projects in Munich / Bavaria Management or coordination of employees and subcontractors Ensuring project execution in terms of quality, dates, costs and revenue Work preparation, coordination and monitoring of construction sites Responsibility for assessment, billing, follow-up management and documentation Calculation of yields Support in the development of new customer relationships and acquisition of new customers

Graduate degree in the field of civil engineering, as an alternative degree as a technician (w/m/d) or a completed training in a building structure with further education as a master (w/m/d) or a working politician (w/m/d) Training or specialisation in passive fire protection Founded professional experience in high-grade fire protection as well as experience in project management and project execution Sales experience is beneficial Basic knowledge of MS Office and good VOB knowledge Self-employed, structured and responsible work Communication strength, safe occurrence and leadership skills
