Working Student Support Sales (Spare Parts & Repairs) (m/f/d)

You support our service sales in the execution of our daily business in the internal service. Your tasks include the installation of customer orders including Compilation of all necessary equipment and verification of incoming orders for completeness and correctness. In particular, you are responsible for the communication in the internal service with existing and new customers, e.g. for appointment or complaint processing.

You are in a technically oriented course of study or in an economically oriented course of study with a focus on sales and/or accounting. Ideally, you can already have first practical experiences. You have a high level of technical understanding. A structured and responsible way of working is just as natural for you as your good communication skills. You work quickly into a new team and convince by your will and your winning personality. Extensive knowledge in MS Office is required, knowledge in SAP/ERP systems desirable
