Transaction Manager (m/f/d)

Identification and verification of appropriate transaction and investment opportunities Operational control of the transaction process from initial analysis to closing Creation of Business Cases, Evaluations and Economics, Scenario and Sensitivity Analysis Coordination and participation in due diligence processes (economic, legal, tax, technical) together with internal interfaces and external consultants Preparation of decision templates, presentations and documentation for management and decision-making bodies Support in the structuring of transactions (deal setup) and participation in contract and contract negotiations Coordination with relevant stakeholders (e.g. finance, legal, taxes, controlling, external partners) and ensuring a transparent reporting Care and development of a network to market participants (e.g. intermediaries, owners, investors, banks, consultants)

Multiannual professional experience in transaction management/investment/M&A/Corporate Development or comparable environment Experience in cooperation with transactions (analysis, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, completion) Very good analytical and commercial understanding (evaluation, cash flow models, business cases) Secure handling of Excel and PowerPoint; very good MS Office knowledge Structured, independent and result-oriented working methods; pronounced project management Very good communication skills and sovereign stakeholder management German and English skills Completed studies (e.g. BWL/Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering) or comparable qualification
