Account Manager (m/w/d)

They take care of the maintenance and processing of large-scale commercial contracts:in a specific region. There is no case like the other, which makes your activity exciting and varied. In addition, you take over the risk assessment and decide on the acceptability of fleet connections, taking into account always yield-oriented aspects. Their expertise contributes significantly to the profitability and stability of the company. As a specialist contact person, you support the LVM agencies in the creation of individual offers and accompany them to customer appointments if necessary. This will provide you with tailor-made solutions and strengthen your customer engagement. You expand your area of responsibility through the implementation of renovations and the processing of terminations. Your work ensures the long-term satisfaction of our customers: inside and optimizing the contract stock. In addition, you will occasionally participate in department-internal projects. This gives you the opportunity to introduce your ideas and actively shape the further development of the department.

They bring a completed vocational training as a merchant for insurance and finance. Alternatively, you have a commercial training and have established yourself through several years of relevant professional experience in the insurance industry. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the contract management of motor insurance in commercial business. Your knowledge in this area is a real plus and allows you to work efficiently and purposefully. They are distinguished by a high enforcement capacity and a pronounced solution orientation. Supported by your economic thinking and acting, you contribute significantly to the efficiency and success of our team. Your very good communication and decision-making skills as well as your high level of commitment make you a valuable team member, who acts sovereignly and professionally in every situation. Your flexibility and readiness to travel complete your profile and show your willingness to be active and productive even outside the office.
