Machine and Plant Operator Metal Electrical (m/f/d)

Our customer is a globally aspiring group and one of the largest employers in ratings. At its production site, medium-voltage systems, switching systems and components for electrical engineering are manufactured and tested. We are now looking for several machine and plant leaders (m/w/d) with takeover option and compensation incl. Industry surcharges according to IG- Metall-/Electric Tariff Agreement.

You set up modern production machines and automated production facilities, serve them and ensure a smooth production process. You can equip the equipment with materials and components and secure the supply of materials. You monitor the manufacturing process, detect disturbances at an early stage and fix smaller errors independently. You carry out simple maintenance, cleaning and maintenance work on the plants. You control the quality of the manufactured components with measuring and testing equipment and document the results. You assemble assemblies for gas-insulated medium and high voltage switching systems. You serve robot-assisted jobs and support modern manufacturing processes. You process metal and insulating materials according to work instructions. You redesign the production facilities for different production orders. You work closely with maintenance and quality assurance to continuously improve processes. You consistently comply with the applicable safety, quality and environmental standards.

(m/w/d), Industrial Engineer (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d) or Mechatroniker (m/w/d) or have a comparable training in a metal profession. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the operation and management of machines and production facilities. You have a good technical understanding and are sure to deal with modern production and production facilities. Experience in the assembly of assemblies or in the handling of robotic systems of advantage. Knowledge of metal processing or the reading of technical drawings is desirable. You like to work in the team and bring a high degree of reliability. The willingness to work in the 3- or 4-layer system completes your profile.
