We are looking for a technical engineer (m/w/d) with a focus on Automation & Robotics to support highly automated pharmaceutical production systems.
In this role, you take a central technical responsibility for troubleshooting, adaptations and optimizations of robot and automation systems within a GMP-regulated environment.
Your tasks:
Technical Troubleshooting and Error Analysis on Automated and Robotic Systems Adaptation, optimization and further development of robot applications (FANUC) Technical support during training and production phases Close cooperation with engineering, automation, QA and external suppliers Reading and testing of electrical & mechanical drawings Documentation of changes and technical solutions according to GMP standards Support for international projects
Requirements Multiannual experience as a technical engineer in the pharmaceutical or comparable regulated environment Found experience in the Troubleshooting of Automation and Robot Systems Good knowledge of qualification and GMP requirements Analytical and solution-oriented thinking Structured, document-proof operation High communication skills in the international environment readiness to travel Secure English (at least level B2) for work in international projects Technical knowledge Operating systems: Windows Server (2008/2012/2016), Windows XP/7/10 Databases: Oracle, SQL Server Automation: Rockwell (FTView, Rslinx, Studio 5000); Kepware, Matrikon Robotics: FANUC (Programming, Adaptation, Troubleshooting) Secure reading of electrical & mechanical drawings AutoCAD Basic knowledge
