Reliablely, you process service requests from our customers and partners, request delivery documents and missing shipping documents and provide information regarding the current shipment status. You can take the consignment registration as well as the collection and forwarding of collection orders within Germany. In case of requests and challenges, you are a competent contact for our customers, partners and colleagues. Always keep an overview of our national shipments in the collection receipt.

You have successfully completed your training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services. In addition, you have already gained experience in the operational forwarding area. Of course, you are routined in dealing with MS Office and common IT systems. You can speak German in word and writing. Basic knowledge in English and further linguistic knowledge are advantageous. As a dedicated, flexible and reliable team player, you convince with a clear customer and service orientation.
