Analyze market trends and identify profitable investment opportunities to further develop our investment strategy Accompany private and foreign financing projects and coordinate cooperation with banks and investors Legal, economic and technical risks of investments are evaluated by a comprehensive due diligence Conduct contract negotiations with investors, developers and financial institutions and successfully complete projects You have a look at existing investments and develop strategies to increase value In addition, you work closely with internal departments and external partners in interdisciplinary teams to make optimal investment decisions

MUST HAVE In the field of investment, financing or M&A, you already have several years of experience in the energy industry. You will also bring knowledge of financial models, risk assessment and contract design. You already have experience in the management of contract negotiations and enter into this sovereign.
