Preparation of analyses and presentations on strategic and/or project-specific issues Support in the development of projects, including location identification, potential analysis, area acquisitions and ensuring the building release as well as the achievement of location targets. Creation of planning layouts and support in the creation and coordination of leases and services Purchase contracts and communication with network operators Cooperation in the design and digitization of the process landscape, in particular in the field of project development Support and documentation of project development processes Support for Release Processes and Office Management

Registered:r Student:in the economic, technical or related area (please add a certificate of enrollment) Interest in economic and operational relations, ideally with strong technical interest Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Embossed organizational design, independent and structured working Rapid opinion and a high degree of self-responsibility German language and writing skills (mind. C1) are absolutely necessary and good English skills (mind. B1 level)
