You take on staff responsibility for nursing staff in coordination with the budget-driven colleagues You design the service plan within the framework of legal requirements Care planning and care processes are coordinated by you At both conceptual and human development as well as at our quality management system You are welcome You are committed with competence, passion and appreciation for quality, respectful and individual care and care The planning, evaluation and documentation of the care processes also belongs to your tasks, as well as services, case meetings and care visas

You are examined/for old-age caregiver or health caregiver and nursing caregiver. A successful degree in nursing management (or comparable) is desirable You bring empathy and willingness to evaluate and respectful handling of a wide variety of contacts with You are structured, team- and decision-making and are happy to take responsibility You coordinate your workflow independently You are open to a Christian institution
