Team Leader Outpatient and Inpatient Service Billing (m/f/d)

Ensuring the timely and correct billing of stationary, semi-stationary and pre-stationary services of the DRG-Entgelte according to Hospital compensation law (KHEntgG), the PEPP debt according to Bundespflegesatzverordnung (BPflV), as well as the respective associated case-protection regulations (FPV) Ensuring the timely and correct settlement of outpatient services, in particular: o Outpatient opera o Outpatient special medical care (ASV) o Department of Psychiatrics (PIA) o Social paediatric centre (SPZ) o Emergency billing in the KV area o Consil services and cooperation agreements o Medication for physiotherapy and nutritional therapy Ensuring and coordinating the legal data exchange according to § 301 SGB V Special responsibility for the team of stationary and outpatient performance accounting – in joint management with the second team manager stationary and outpatient performance accounting Close and trusting cooperation with the second team leader to coordinate processes, resources and representation regulations Contact persons for internal and external partners for all accounting issues, both in stationary and outpatient areas Support of department management in project work and further development of processes

You have completed professional training or a comparable qualification You have relevant professional experience in the billing area of hospitals or similar facilities – ideally both in the stationary and outpatient areas – you are also enjoying management experience You have an analytical method and numerical affinity A high level of operational readiness, communication skills, enforcement capability and an independent working method are characterized Responsibility, team spirit and flexibility complete your profile In dealing with the MS Office applications and preferably with the Hospital Information System SAP-ISH you are familiar Knowledge of the accounting of outpatient services complete your profile
