Operational control: You support day-to-day business, monitor workflows and ensure efficient and smooth processing.

Guided tour: You will guide your team professionally, give clear instructions, explain open themes and ensure order, cleanliness and structure in the work area.

Planning & coordination: You coordinate order processing, plan personnel deployment and ensure smooth flow of information and cooperation with internal and external interfaces.

Quality & Performance: You ensure compliance with requirements, standards and operational targets and support in the collection and evaluation of key figures.

KVP & Safety: You advance continuous improvements, perform Shopfloor meetings and ensure compliance with work safety regulations and tool availability.

Competence & Process Understanding: You are an expert in mechanical manufacturing, have experience in the professional guidance of employees and bring knowledge to the CVP as well as basic IT application skills.

Communication & team skills: You communicate safely across all levels, move confidently with different personalities and resolve conflicts constructively.

Own initiative & responsibility: You work independently, meet clear decisions and bring a high level of commitment and readiness to change.

Employee development: You actively support your team, strengthen self-responsibility and create an environment where employees can develop.

Education & experience: You have a training in the technical field (ideally mechatronics), has at least 5 years of professional experience in mechanical manufacturing and ideally brings first experience as a foreman or in a comparable function.
