We offer you the opportunity to be prepared specifically for the takeover of the position “Lead Planning & Reporting” – including an exciting two-month stay abroad at our global Holding Vorwerk International in Switzerland. Your perspective After your intensive involvement, you gradually take responsibility within the controlling area of our largest Vorwerk sales organization. In this function, you will later be co-responsible for transparency in sales, costs and earnings, tax the budgeting process, create management reports and develop control instruments for Vorwerk Germany. Your development program (12 months) Practical integration into all processes of planning, reporting and earnings management of the Vorwerk Division. Mentoring & Coaching by the current job owner and by the head of controlling. System and method skills: SAP, Tagetik, Qlik, Excel-Reporting, KPI analyses. Process and project work to optimize controlling mechanisms. International View: Two-month stay at Vorwerk International in Switzerland to get to know corporate processes and standards and to build international networks. Step by step take over professional leadership responsibility for the Controlling Team Planning & Reporting. Your tasks after incorporation Creation of monthly reporting for the management of Vorwerk Deutschland and Vorwerk International. Regular accounting for sales KPIs, revenues, costs and earnings including deviation analyses and counter-control suggestions. Control of the annual budgeting process. Introduction and further development of control mechanisms and tracking systems. Continuous optimization of internal controlling processes.

Your profile Complete study of economics, business management or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling/finance. First professional experience in controlling or finance (2–5 years). Interest in sales processes in the direct-to-consumer context Analytical thinking, high numerical affinity and structured working. Communication strength and willingness to cross-departmental cooperation. Motivation to develop personally and professionally in order to gradually take on professional responsibility. Very good knowledge of German and English readiness to travel (for stay abroad in Switzerland)
