You take over the function of the internal customs officer (m/w/d) You ensure compliance with customs and export regulations and adapt processes to international standards (including embargo, dual-use, incoterms, commodity tariff numbers, etc.) You optimise and care for customs processes to increase effectiveness and strategic achievement You represent the organization to the authorities and consider internal/external relations for smooth customs operations You monitor and hold the permissions You are working on the further development of logistics export processes as part of the introduction of our new ERP system: Microsoft Business Central You are active in import and export processing and the production of shipping documents according to country and customer-specific regulations You advise and train colleagues on customs and export regulations

You have a completed vocational training or study, supplemented by at least five years of experience in customs compliance You have a well-founded knowledge of the relevant customs regulations (Union Customs Code, AWG, AWV) and practical experience with the AEO procedure You are safe in handling audits, certifications and have sound expertise in the fields of law, customs authorities and customs clearance You have strong analytical and strategic skills, coupled with pronounced problem-solving and communication skills You are flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, constantly changing environment You bring very good knowledge of German in word and writing
