You conduct challenging negotiations with insurers, especially in the case of refurbishment measures, and represent the interests of our customers. You translate your expertise into specific requirements and define the technical logic for our internal software tools such as Salesforce and AI applications. You work closely with our IT team to implement the developed processes and ensure that the technology significantly facilitates everyday work.

You have the foundation: A completed training as an insurance company (m/w/d), a study (BWL Insurance/Bachelor of Arts) or a similar qualification You bring the expertise with you: You really know yourself in the area of building insurance (VGB, construction performance, content) You have the mindset: You like to work conscientiously, but also have fun when we think together: ''How can we make this process easier for everyone?
