In this position, you are responsible for the global projects in IONOS's operations business and supports our team in expanding its impact on our customers. Tasks As a project manager, you will meet the operating strategy by advancing multi-functional and departmental projects. With these projects, we help companies and entrepreneurial people to start, expand or relocate their business and ideas online and reach people around the world. You effectively manage negotiations and voting, communication (entry), stakeholder relationships and road mapping. You will ensure a timely follow-up to the results and maintain their quality through consistent reporting. You take over the projects, evaluate their risks and communicate to-do measures, warning signals and communicate early, clear and transparent, not only organize retrospectives, but also learn from them, negotiate new and tune them new. You benefit from communication at eye level, an open culture and a team that encourages you to make decisions. Qualifications Ideally, you have proven successes in project management and have over 3 to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles. You have experience in defining scope, objectives, roles, deadlines, roadmap and are able to break down any goal, epic, history into small work packages and create roadmaps that help to control the projects. Stakeholder management is one of your strengths: You communicate in advance, transparent and clear. You easily identify blockages and bottlenecks. You understand the interests of your stakeholders, have the ability to filter information and only discuss what is relevant to the respective stakeholders. You are excellent in prioritizing your projects, instinctively recognize “must”, “desired” and “king”. This allows you to focus on the most important thing while you point out what can be dispensed with. Flowing English and German are essential for this position.
