Craftsman as caretaker/facility manager for railway stations

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a homemaster:in with craft skills (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Dresden site.

Your tasks:

* Our work and tasks are as versatile as our construction sites and as masters of the house:in order to maintain our railway stations and their environment

• As a mastermind:in you make sure that our stations are in a proper and safe condition
• You will work with your colleagues on the measures to be taken. * You are correcting defects on site and accepting structural repairs on railways, access roads, buildings as well as minor maintenance on our equipment * You also use out-planned on-site operations that do not fall under emergency management (e.g. replacements in winter service) * Working quality is our heart, which is why we equip you with personal protective equipment, modern tools and work equipment
• For you, work on various construction sites, in different places and the occasional overnight stay in an accommodation is a welcome change

Your profile:

* You have a successfully completed professional and technical training such as e.g. as underground or road construction specialist:in, mason:in, carpenter:in, floor or floor:in

• Your regular training period was at least two and a half years, or you have acquired an equivalent training with a generally recognized degree * Professional experience in the field of craftsmanship distinguishes you, you have basic experience and expertise in construction repair
• Your German language skills in word and writing are very good (min. B2 level) * As a communicative, team-capable, well-organized and crafted person, you enrich our team and improve the quality at our stations for our customers * You work proactively and responsibly for our customers to eliminate defects and to ensure a good appearance of the stations
• You have a class B driver's license (should be desirable, moreover, driving licence BE) and regular service trips as well as work outside are an enrichment for you
• You make the qualification: self-certificate:in with or you are willing to learn it and you can check your service suitability within the selection process
