Number: MER00042TT The Mercedes-Benz Gastronomie GmbH is represented as a privately owned community service for Mercedes-Benz AG employees at 6 MBAG locations with 660 employees. The gastronomic offers, which are operated in their own way, range from around 20 canteens and 40 shops to the event-catring to the guest and conference hosting. The Lämmerbuckel conference house and the conference and conference management complete the business portfolio. Our secret of success? Motivated employees, who work together on a daily basis and co-design the Mercedes-Benz gastronomy through their individual contribution. Our Team Conference & Events takes over the central booking and reservation control for conferences, exams and seminars in the Mercedes-Benz internal meeting rooms. Your tasks with us: multi-site management of meeting and conference rooms; acceptance and verification of reservations, and online bookings, disposition of the premises and guaranteeing room equipment

Cross-site support in planning and coordination of events

arrange meeting, conference and event hosting, accept their orders and ensure their execution

Research and collection of services

Advice, supply creation and billing for events and services

Processing of customer feedback and associated result documentation

Regular documentation of the occupancy and utilisation rates and area codes

Administrative activities

Participation in field projects and development projects

That's what you bring: Complete vocational training, ideally in event management, hotel industry or gastronomy

First professional experience in the event area and/or in the reservation

Very good organizational capacity, willingness to take responsibility and initiative

Hands-on mentality, structured and service-oriented working style and hosting

Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Very good MS Office knowledge

Good communication skills, team skills and flexibility
