Product Owner - Hardware (m/f/d)

From technical detail to successful product Together with product management, development and other stakeholders, you develop the vision and roadmap for our hardware products. You take requirements from market, customer projects, development, manufacturing, purchasing and support and put them in a clear structure. You translate technical and professional requirements into epics, features, user stories and understandable acceptance criteria. You're puggling and prioritizing the Product Backlog – taking into account customer benefits, technical risk, costs, quality and time-to-market. You meet well-founded product decisions together with the team to ensure that goals, priorities and dependencies remain transparent. Bringing technology and people together You work closely with an experienced team of electronic assemblies, complex circuit board layouts and hardware-related system requirements. You evaluate high-speed interfaces such as HyperRAM, Gigabit Ethernet and PCIe as well as EMV, mechanics, power supply, climate and space. You moderate target conflicts between technical solution, feasibility, component availability, cost and quality. You connect electronics, mechanics, firmware, software, manufacturing, purchasing and product management. You represent the technical interests of the product in Planning, Review, Refinement and other SAFe or Scrum formats.

You are especially well suited to us if you are working today, for example, as a hardware developer, electronics developer, system engineer, requirements engineer or technical project manager and want to take the next step towards product responsibility. A study of electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the development of electronic assemblies or standard hardware products Understanding PCBs, EMC, Mechanics, Power Supply, Manufacturing Processes, Component Availability and Costs Joy in structuring technical relationships, preparing decisions and bringing together different interests An analytical, solution-oriented and binding procedure Communication strength and secure knowledge of German and English Experiences with agile work, backlogs, roadmaps or requirements engineering help you get started. However, we do not require a previous activity as a product owner. Knowledge of industrial communication, automation, Altium Designer or SolidWorks are also advantageous – but no need.
