Technical and disciplinary management of a shift team and personnel deployment planning within the shift team Priority and coordination of operations in coordination with technical masters Control of production facilities and control procedures Control, steering and optimisation of production processes in cooperation with day-shift masters Initiation and control of repair work Ensuring compliance with operational instructions and safety regulations Training, assessment and promotion of employees of the shift team

Successfully completed training for the Industrial Master Chemistry (w/m/d) Experience with process control systems (e.g.: Siemens PCS7) as well as several years of experience in stratification Curability for full-continuous interlayer and mask and breathability Knowledge of explosion protection and experience in solid handling are desirable
