Do you want to help shape modern M365 environments, advise customers on their way to the digital workplace and drive your own development? You want to work independently and cross-functional, but never isolated? You're looking for a team that drives innovation together and connects a common 'Growth Mindset'? Then you're right with us. As a consultant, you conceptually set up consulting projects in the Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace and accompany your customers on the way to an optimal implementation. You take responsibility for the design and architecture of complex M365 projects. Together with our customers, you develop strategies for on‐premises, hybrid and cloud-based workplace solutions. In addition, you take over: Presales support: Procurement and customer talks together with Sales Manufacturer collaboration: close networking with contact persons:inside with Microsoft Customer Success: continuous optimization and further development of existing customer solutions As a M365 consultant, you will take a lot of personal responsibility in your customer projects, and at the same time you will become part of our DWP communities: professional networks in which experts regularly exchange, learn from each other and advance new ideas together. In these communities you get access to best practices, technological depth knowledge and people who are as curious as you are. Topics such as M365 Copilot, Security, Automation, End‐User-Experience or Platform-Innovation will be developed together here – regardless of rigid team structures and always transparent.

Knowledge and skills Including experience in the M365 environment (min 2 years in a high impact role), in particular in: M365 Introductions Entra ID / Intune / Endpoint Management Windows 10/11 Safe in requirement analysis, system evaluation and consulting in the Modern-Workplace context Solid knowledge of M365 architecture, technology and working methods Very good knowledge of German and English (in word & written) Proactive integration and continuous training and development are self-evident for you, as you drive forward the further development of our know-how and our offer.
