Lead: You guide your responsibility as well as the employees entrusted to you professionally and disciplinaryly. To do this, you will develop a sustainable personnel needs planning and follow them in a targeted manner. The optimal deployment planning of your employees, taking into account the individual performance levels, is also your responsibility. You always have a look at work and data protection as well as IT security. Plans: Own responsibility you plan projects according to HOAI and accompany projects with foreign assignments in order to implement the requirements of the KVB, with you, for example, check plan documents and maintain drawing responsibility. To this end, you will set up service, process and work instructions in terms of quality assurance. You are also available as project management for large-scale construction measures. Optimize & develop: You are responsible for the technical management of your area in accordance with the requirements of BOStrab, Approval and Supervisory Authorities, Operational Management and other relevant standards and guidelines. Against the background of digitalization, you develop new operating systems and adapt existing processes. When constructing new plants, you will ensure the proper operation in the sense of plant responsibility. Help & support: When drafting and voting business plans, you will take your responsibility to ensure that you comply. In addition, you support the creation of standards, fonts and notifications and you will receive lectures at VDV events.

Qualification: You have completed engineering studies in the field of electrical, communications and information technology. Alternatively, you have completed a training as a masterin or technician in the field of electrical engineering and can look back on a long-term experience in the above-mentioned field of tasks. Expertise & know-how: You know the best in the field of control and information technology. You are aware of the applicable regulations, regulations and standards (HOAI, DIN standards, BOStrab etc.). Your many years of experience as a manager will enable you to demand and promote employees. Personality & working methods: You are characterized by a high understanding.
