Planning and implementation of global training for Busch Group employees Creation, correction and updating of maintenance, repair and refurbishment lines in English Active support in fulfilling global service projects with regard to service tools, documentation of repair, knowledge management and packaging Standardization of existing service tools Internal contact for service organisations and departments for service related technical questions Support in the creation of video training for the service of vacuum pumps Collect, evaluate and process feedback from Busch service technicians from service trainings Implementation of methods for improving the training structure Implementation of online training for the technology of the Busch Group and active participation in the general service knowledge management

Complete vocational training in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable training with several years of relevant experience Multiannual experience in technical service (required in vacuum pumps) Training and/or experience in the position of the technical trainer English knowledge of word and writing, other languages (German & French) are of advantage Excellent oral and written communication skills to explain technical content Knowledge of MS Office Experience with CAD and PLM systems, preferably NX and team center would be advantageous Strong interpersonal skills, commitment and enforcement ability, ability to work together in a team environment characterize you
