Working Student IT Support (m/f/d)

You support our employees in IT topics and emerging IT problems in day-to-day business with great pleasure, commitment and willingness to solve them. You provide help with questions about Windows 11 and Office 365 IT workstation You support users in safe handling of IT equipment such as iPhone, iPads, MS Teams Phone, Cisco Videoconferencing etc. You organize your working day together with your colleagues and ensure a quick solution of problems at the site Together with other IT colleagues, you are committed to a sustainable solution of the error and always maintains communication with the user You work closely with your IT colleagues, test and pilot new IT solutions and ensure that your users are supported in the best possible way. You support the stock management and document the material output and inputs You tax and coordinate service providers and ensure effective cooperation

You have completed or started studying in the IT field You have very good communication skills, social competence, you like to work in the team and have fun dealing with people You think solution-oriented and your Hands-on-Mentiality characterizes you You have a high understanding of the concerns of your customers and the solution finding is a heartfelt opportunity for you With Windows 11 and Office 365 you know the best You already have experience with lawyers or notariat software or the willingness to specialize with us here
