Construction manager (m/f/d)

Projektleiter:innen (m/w/d), who manages projects in stock, commercial construction or housing. Profiles with broad experience or entry into the building management are also welcome. The decisive factor is a safe handling of construction processes, clean work and awareness of responsibility in the project business. Your tasks include: Own-sponsored control of construction projects - focusing on technical and economic objectives Coordination and guidance of all participants at the construction site for a smooth process Procurement and follow-up negotiations with contracting entities: Control, acceptance and settlement of after-contracting services Work preparation incl. construction planning for efficient processes Optimization of processes using modern Lean methods Continuous control of progress, quality, dates and costs personnel deployment planning and management of the commercial team

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable technical training Practical experience in construction projects – ideally in construction, industrial construction or housing Secure understanding of construction, construction processes and construction site organization Good knowledge of MS Office; Experience with costing and accounting systems (e.g. iTWO) is advantageous A clear, solution-oriented communication style and negotiation security A structured, independent and entrepreneurial approach Team orientation, enforcement strength and motivation to take responsibility
