Administration of Federal Armed Forces, in particular of complex properties with different types of use and diverse tasks, including: Control and optimisation of the cost-effectiveness of the properties (cost planning and control, implementation of cost-controlling for cost- and revenue optimization, implementation of cost-effectiveness studies) Action-related management of construction management in the field of work Consultation of the user Bundeswehr Analysis and development of concepts for optimal utilization of the areas of use, taking into account the user's demand derivation and implementation of measures for quality assurance and satisfaction of the user Bundeswehr Consultation with the specialists Inquiry regarding the processing of demand requests and qualified exploration orders for the accommodation of the user Bundeswehr Management of the ELM lease with the Bundeswehr Perception of the position/interest/obligations of the Bundesanstalt as a property owner, including monitoring of transferred obligations (e.g. traffic security obligations) Data input and care in SAP

Qualification: Completed university education (Dipl. [FH]/ Bachelor) of Business Administration or Real Estate Administration, completed further education on the real estate specialist (IHK), certified economic expert (IHK) or comparable qualification Competences: Comprehensive property expertise and practical experience in real estate and property management Knowledge of rental and general contract law and business knowledge knowledge of SAP or the willingness to acquire these short term Knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Further requirements: Class B driving licence and the readiness to travel (even as a self-driver) Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer- / address-oriented behavior, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Skill for team-oriented action, critique, social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility readiness for the safety review pursuant to § 9 para. 1 No. 3 SÜG (Sabotage Protection Review)
