Implementation, tracking and further development of internal processes to ensure an effective control environment Assessment of risks and derivation and implementation of appropriate countermeasures Coordination and implementation of continuous improvement measures to optimize the internal control system (IKS) Monitoring of compliance with internal and external regulations and maintenance and further development of corresponding rules Advising internal areas of expertise in the application of directives and procedural instructions Creation and verification of reports, analyses and decision-making templates for management and corporate mother Conducting risk analyses to identify and assess potential risks Active participation in cross-sector and group-wide projects

Successfully completed studies of business management, (economic) law or comparable completed training First practical experience in the field of internal control, compliance or audit, as well as basic knowledge of relevant national and international laws and guidelines desirable Safe handling of MS Office, ideally also with MS Visio Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Impressed entrepreneurial thinking, organisational skills and a high level of responsibility
