Conception and development of modern digital self-learning formats such as learning paths and interactive modules Didactic preparation of specialist topics for internal sales staff and cooperation partners: Use of common author tools for creating and developing e-learning content Identification, prioritization and pilation of AI applications in the fields of activity of the Academy Development of AI workflows, prompt templates and guidelines for efficient and safe use in the team Support in the planning, organisation and quality assurance of webinars, presence seminars and educational formats Support and optimization of the learning management system for external customer groups Acquisition of sub-tasks and project responsibility in across-the-range initiatives within the 24-month trainee programme The two-year trainee programme offers comprehensive insights into all fields of activity of the Academy. During the entire duration of the programme, an experienced sponsor accompanies the trainee and supports personal development, organization and networking. In addition, there is the possibility of hospitations in other sectors such as marketing, personnel or controlling.

Completed or advanced studies in, for example, pedagogy, media/commercial knowledge, psychology, BWL, economic informatics or comparable direction Interest in digital education, e-learning and adult education First experience in content creation, learning conception or educational formats desirable High affinity for AI technologies and openness for new tools and ways of working Structured, analytical thinking and moderation of developing content methodologically and analytically Creativity, team skills and the ability to implement themes independently Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint Very good knowledge of German in word and writing No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
