Dual study programme in Civil Engineering – Project Management, with a focus on civil engineering (B. Eng.) 2025

Eng.) with us and accompany us in the transformation of energy supply into climate-neutral, green gases and hydrogen! As a transport network operator, we are responsible for the safe supply of heat and electricity in Baden-Württemberg and Hessen. With our 2.750 km long network, we transmit gas from Lower Saxony to Lake Constance – around the clock. Germany is on the way to climate change, we are part of this process. With the reliable transfer of earth gas, we secure the heat and power supply during the de­ci­sion. In future, our gas infrastructure will be ready for the transfer of water.

At the beginning of the study on October 1, 2025 we are looking for you as a student:in (m/w/d) for a dual study in civil engineering – project management, focus on civil engineering (B. Eng.) 2025. The dual study takes place in cooperation with the DHBW Mosbach and lasts six semesters. During the course of the study, the theoretical phases at the DHBW Mosbach and practical phases change in our company in the rhythm of three months. During the practical phases at terranets bw, you will be primarily active in our headquarters in Stuttgart. You will also be there occasionally during construction site visits.

In the course of the study, technical subjects such as mathematics, technical mechanics, physics and chemistry, as well as construction-related contents such as construction and construction engineering are taught.

This is what awaits you in practical phases During the practical phases at terranets bw you apply your knowledge learned at the university directly in practice. Examples of specific tasks are the support for the development and conversion of the existing network and the associated installations for the transport of water, as well as the development of legal and economic bases for the implementation of necessary construction measures. In addition, you will focus on project management and DVGW rules.
