As a superordinate, freelance practice guide, you are a firm contact person for our practical instructors and trainees and an important link between theory and practice. Practical instructions: You are responsible for the targeted and professional guidance of trainees (planning, pre- and post-conference, implementation, evaluation, documentation). Coordination: You coordinate the use of decentralized practice leaders and develop, together with these modern concepts, for imparting professional, communicative and social skills. Quality management: You ensure quality standards and work on continuous improvement processes. Digital documentation: your nursing activities as part of the practical instructions document you with digital support. Cooperation: You represent the institution in internal and external working groups.

Qualification: Completed training as a nursing professional, elderly caregiverin or health caregiverin with training on the practical instructions. Personal skills: You are a communication talent with high educational competence and the ability to motivate others. You will encounter young and older people with joy and empathy.
