For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a full-time machining mechanic (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Precision production: production of high-quality metal components by cutting methods such as turning and milling according to work plan and technical drawing.
• CNC machine operation: setup, programming and monitoring of cyclically controlled CNC machines to ensure a consistently high manufacturing standards.
• Quality control: Verification of manufactured parts with regard to dimensional accuracy, accuracy of running and compliance with strict quality requirements.
• Cross-departmental cooperation: close coordination with upstream and downstream production areas to optimize processes and product quality.

They bring with them:

• Qualification: Complete vocational training, e.g. as a machining mechanic with a focus on CNC turning or milling, industrial mechanic, CNC specialist, tool mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable qualification.
• Technical understanding: independent, structured working and sound technical knowledge in the field of CNC technology.
• Programming knowledge: Experience in handling Siemens Sinumerik controllers (810 D, 840 D sl, 840 D sl operate) of advantage.
• Additional skills: experience in handling CNC technology or very good experience in stainless steel welding.
• Team skills: willingness to cooperate closely in the team and to take over joint projects.
• Flexibility: ready-to-use, including layer work, and willingness to operate several machines.
• Quality awareness: High attention to precise and fault-free manufacturing processes.
