As part of our strategy team in Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Frankfurt/Main, Düsseldorf or Munich, you develop strategies that not only bring companies forward today but create sustainable value. You will see markets and understand competition and customers:into detail. Whether classic consulting projects, large M&A deals or strategic private equity projects - you are where companies make far-reaching decisions. You can do a variety of tasks: You are responsible for the acquisition and management of customer projects, including initiative kits, the processing of public tenders and the response of RfPs. You take over the overall responsibility for customer projects, perform larger or more project teams and ensure high-quality content and economic implementation. You continuously develop the consulting portfolio in road transport, strategy and transformation projects (including road freight, MIV, E Mobility, toll, public transport, shared & autonomous mobility). You actively promote the content and commercial development of competence and position it through Thought Leadership, e.g. conferences, publications or media contributions. You are responsible for the internal management of the projects (including QRM, Power, Bridge, PACE), working closely with the business assistance and developing young consultants: both professionally and personally.

You have successfully completed your studies on an above-average basis, bringing deep expertise into the business models of the road and mobility sector and are confident in the application of key methods and instruments such as WU, NKA, PIT, PPC, strategy and transformation frameworks as well as scenario analyses You bring relevant professional experience into a prestigious strategy or mobility consultancy and have successfully managed complex projects for contractors and private customers - including acquisition and supply processes. You bring leadership experience, a strong understanding of political and regulatory processes at national and European level and strong communication skills in German and English.
