In this role you take over the administration, care and further development of our entire telephony infrastructure. You are responsible for the configuration, maintenance and optimization of the communication systems – from classic fixed-line telephony to modern IP solutions. The administration and integration of Webex environments as well as other collaboration tools are also part of your task. You ensure a stable and secure connection between different communication platforms and terminals. In addition, maintain the Exchange environment and ensure smooth e-mail and calendar operation. The documentation of systems and processes as well as the continuous improvement of the communication infrastructure completes your tasks.

You have completed training or studies in the IT field (e.g. specialist:in system integration, computer science, etc.). Multiannual experience in the administration of telephony and communication systems will ideally bring you with you. Knowledge of IP telephony, webex or other collaboration platforms are beneficial. You are familiar with the administration of Exchange environments and understand how e-mail, calendar and communication services interlock.
