Location: Offenbach am Main You ensure that trains get on the right track – because you work with exciting, environmentally sustainable projects in the railway infrastructure.

Processing of support requests via our ticket system and reliable tracking of incoming requests Supporting our users with questions and problems in handling CAD systems, especially with: Autodesk products in the BIM environment, especially AutoCAD and Revit, and PTC Creo and MicroStation Analysis and elimination of technical disturbances and development of suitable solutions Coordination with the team management to determine the further approach to more complex issues Priority of requests for urgency and impact Documentation of solutions as well as care and extension of aví knowledge database Address-oriented communication with users with different previous knowledge

Complete technical training or studies in the field of IT, preferably with the focus on CAD in the area 2D, 3D and/or terrain models Funded knowledge in at least two of these CAD systems Prerequisite: AutoCAD and/or Revit Desirable: PTC Creo and MicroStation Impressed learning willingness and interest to continuously develop in the CAD environment Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation High level of service orientation, patience and joy in supporting others Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Quick conception and analytical thinking High self-responsibility, team capacity and communication strength Loadability, flexibility and a readiness to travel about 20%
