You are responsible for the complete execution of projects in the field of electrical supply systems – both strong and weak currents. You take technical and commercial responsibility and provide timely, high-quality and economical project results. Your tasks: Project Management: You plan, control and implement projects in building technology – from project planning to commissioning. Coordination of personnel and service providers: You guide and support your team, coordinate entrepreneurs and external service providers and ensure smooth cooperation. Contractual and commercial responsibility: You perform tasks in contract management, such as follow-up agreements, negotiation and conclusion of contracts. Digital Tools & Innovation: You use modern technologies and digital methods to efficiently control projects, optimize processes and develop electrical engineering in the FM. Budget and quality control: You keep an eye on costs, dates and quality standards and make sure that all requirements regarding safety and environmental protection are met.

Professional experience & expertise: Your professional experience is in demand – whether training or studying: Your expertise in electrical engineering and building project management as well as your interest in actively developing electrical engineering in facility management is crucial. Leadership & Teamwork: You ideally bring leadership experience and understand how to convey appreciation and guidance in all directions. Digitalization & Innovation: You understand the digital transformation in facility management and use new technologies to improve operation, transparency and customer satisfaction. Commercial thinking & numerical affinity: You have a good sense of numbers as well as a strong technical and commercial understanding. Communication & Customer Focus: Communication and Negotiation Security in German as well as the ability to use the performance of electrical engineering optimally with the customer round off your profile.
