In your role, you support the sales manager and take the following tasks independently: Responsibility of the entire office management: appointment and telephone management, organization and care of directory permissions, mail distributors and coordination of hospitals, etc. Independently creating and updating presentation, reporting and briefing documents with associated information research and compilation of data and documents. Pre- and post-preparation of sessions including protocol management. Organisation of business trips, events and meetings.

Multiannual relevant experience as assistance in the financial services industry. Friendly and open being, even in stressful situations. Communication strength with a precise expression in word and writing. Organizational talent, a high degree of self-initiative and a rapid understanding and networked thinking. Self-employed, structured and team-oriented working together with a high level of sense of responsibility. Found MS Office knowledge, good English skills are of advantage.
