We are looking for an motivatedn specialist*in preparation and monitoring (m/w/d) for our night shift at the Wustermark site in full time (39 hours/week) and indefinitely. What tasks do you take Handling and setting of status messages from 20:00 /21:00 Creating billing-relevant transport and freight papers Broadcasting, broadcasting research and appointment monitoring Pro-active monitoring of transports outside the daily business Compensation and verification of invoice differences; Procurement and settlement of missing delivery documents Administrative support of the operating team How to convince us experiences: You have a completed training as a merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services or comparable qualification with experience in the logistics industry (2-3 years). Personality: You have fun at work and love contact with customers. You like to take responsibility and work quality consciously and independently. You are energizing and winning. In challenges you will see a chance. Knowledge: You speak German and English safely in word and writing and feel comfortable in dealing with a variety of computer systems.
