Recording, evaluation and analysis of internal KPIs for evaluating sales performance as well as compiling reports and presentations Identification and implementation of efficiency and growth increases based on key figures Analysis of market trends, competitive activities and customer needs to support strategic decisions Ensuring a reliable data base for sales control Support in implementing sales strategies in close coordination with internal teams Preparation of sound decision bases for optimising sales processes

Successfully completed commercial training e.g. as an industrial merchant or businessman for office management (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or completed studies in business or similar qualifications First professional experience as Data Analyst, Sales Development Manager, Business Analyst (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or in similar areas Secure handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel) Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI desirable Structured and independent working and analytical skills
