Acquisition of tasks in the context of project management in complex urban planning overall measures in the southern NRW, such as time and measure planning and control, implementation of Jour-fixe-Runds (on- and offline), participation in construction site appointments and risk management Participation in tasks of construction process management in the field of building modernization, including procurement procedures according to UVgO and VgV, control of reviewers, planners, construction companies as well as timing and cost control Preparation and implementation of formal urban rehabilitation measures by BauGB Acquisition of tasks in the field of funding management, focus on urban development (development of funding strategies and applications, research, support and billing of support measures) Participation in internal product development, internal knowledge transfer, training etc.

Complete study of urban or spatial planning, architecture, landscape architecture, settlement and water management or similar courses Multiannual experience in preparing and implementing comparable tasks Knowledge of general and special urban building law as well as HOAI, AHO, VOB and funding law (Städtebauförderung NRW) Communication strength, team capacity, empathy and independent action
