Your responsibilities: Leadership, motivation and development of a team with up to 12 employees Support in recruitment and development within the team Conducting regular feedback talks and performance assessments Creation of regular reports for sales management Identification of potential for improvement and initiation of change processes Promoting transparent communication and close cooperation in the team

Your profile: Embossed leadership skills and experience in team management, preferably in direct sales Very good communication skills and empathy High self-initiative, flexibility and a solution-oriented approach Safe handling of current MS Office applications Travel readiness in your region and Class B driving licence
