Rockwell PharmaSuite MES Project Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks Management responsibility in MES projects. You take responsibility for carrying out complex Rockwell PharmaSuite MES projects – from planning to go-live. In doing so, you conduct projects and ensure the timely, budget-compliant implementation in line with customer requirements and quality standards. Team & cooperation. Budgeting, Quality & Resource Planning. You are responsible for the project budgets and quality assurance. In doing so, you control the project implementation effectively and ensure that the goals are met in terms of time, cost and quality. In addition, you coordinate your team's efficient use of resources across multiple parallel projects and work closely with project managers and the senior delivery team. Strategic development of the business unit. You work closely with the Leadership team to further develop the strategic orientation of your business and to promote its growth. Presales & Customer Relationship Building. You actively support the development of new customer relationships – from offering creation to participation in RFP processes to negotiations with partners and stakeholders. This will help you develop new business opportunities and long-term customer loyalty.

Qualifications You have years of professional experience in the field of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and well-founded knowledge in dealing with Rockwell PharmaSuite – ideally in a highly automated production environment of life sciences. You have extensive expertise in regulatory requirements (FDA, GMP), the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the technical support environment. You bring well-founded experience in managing global programs as well as managing and developing teams through mentoring and professional support. You have a well-founded knowledge in creating RFP responses, SOWs and in dealing with pricing models. You are an experienced contact for customers and internal teams and convince by sovereign communication and presentations – in German (at least C1) and English. You work collaboratively, structured and solution-oriented – and master complex challenges with vision and efficiency. Your technical background is based on a successfully completed study in natural sciences, engineering or a comparable technical field.
