Then we look forward to your application In this role you live our hybrid model ''Flexibel'''. You will work one or two fixed or flexible days on site, and on the other days you can work remotely. This is what awaits you You are responsible for the maintenance and optimization of technical systems with the focus on refrigeration (including transmission-relevant systems) and control the system administration of the GLT with the interfaces for electrical engineering and MSR You define, plan and implement the requirements from the core business to the building engineering, in particular cold-engineering installation, including its hydraulic components. In your area of responsibility, you also take over the project management You develop and implement the strategy of your area of responsibility and optimize your own and external services (with regard to operating management, resource use, energy reduction, maintenance, inspection, repair etc.) The control and control of the technical service providers with regard to commissioned operator services, maintenance and testing services, as well as deficiencies and disorder elimination in refrigeration / HKLS also falls within your task You are responsible for compliance with the applicable statutory and technical regulations, operating regulations, occupational safety, accident and fire protection, environmental protection

You have completed your studies with the field of supply technology or a training as a plant mechanic for SHL, mechatronics technician for refrigeration technicians with an additional qualification for the state-tested technician. A training or professional experience in facility management is desirable You bring well-founded professional experience in the care of technical equipment, at best in the sector-specific field of media technology and already have specialist knowledge in the fields of hydraulics and MSR/GLT You have a generalistic understanding of the right approach in complex situations, are able to delegate tasks and have proven successes in managing and managing projects with technical and organizational complexity in in interdisciplinary teams Your entrepreneurial action, the safe handling of computer facilities, and ideally knowledge of CAFM systems are what distinguishes you You are a real team player who wants to shape the future together in a dynamic environment
