You accompany our negotiations on pharmacy compensation – from preparation to implementation to possible arbitration procedures. You always keep in mind the relevant parameters of the pharmacy compensation according to the drug price regulation and actively participate in their determination. Together with the team, you develop the necessary data bases, analyses and calculations that serve as the basis for our negotiations. You formulate clear argumentation lines and thus support internal opinion formation in the association. You create the central documents, presentations and documents that carry our negotiations in content. Even after the conclusion of the negotiations, you remain involved and accompany the political implementation of the results.
You bring a completed university degree with a focus on economics (e.g. economics, empirical social sciences or comparable) – ideally a master. Figures do not scare off: You like to analyze and can explain complex, quantitative topics in a comprehensible way. Experiences from negotiations with cost-beneficiaries in self-government are a plus point – but no need. You have very good German skills at native language levels. Knowledge of health economics would be advantageous, but are not absolutely necessary. You like to work in the team, bring engagement with them and work independently and reliably. Analytical thinking, structure and a watchful look for relationships complete your profile. You are digitally affin and feel safe in MS 365, digital calendars and communication tools.
