Your tasks: Own-responsibility of permanently assigned developers and real estate customers – individually, holistic and demand-oriented. Development of individual financing concepts for building projects, auditing of financial structures and monitoring of implementation Detection of financial needs and use of sales impulses – always with a view to the goals and wishes of your customers: Analysis of market trends, real estate projects and competitors in the region Close support of relevant projects and engagements as well as ensuring and monitoring legal and internal quality standards Contact care to partners, investors and internal departments, for targeted cooperation and development of optimal solutions for our customers

Your profile: completed training to the bank businessman/bank businesswoman, as well as ideally completed a degree to the bank specialist:in, bank business economist:in or a comparable qualification Experience in consulting and supporting corporate customers, as well as initial experience with construction companies The ability to analyze complex customer structures and business models and develop individual solutions A strong conviction and a secure appearance in dealing with entrepreneurs: women, partners and colleagues A high degree of autonomy and desire to assume a responsible activity Safe handling of digital tools and hybrid customer advice You want to know more?
