In this responsible key position, you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Finance, Personnel and Organisation business unit. Together with your executives, you develop the economic, human and organizational frameworks for future-oriented organisational development. As an austerity partner*in the Executive Board, you advise on financial, personal and organizational issues, develop sound basis of decision and actively shape the ongoing transformation process. With your business expertise, you are responsible for financial and accounting, liquidity, investment and economic planning, accompanying financial statements and audits and continuously developing reporting. The strategic development of efficient organisational structures and cross-departmental processes is one of your responsibility as well as the digitization of central management processes and the continuous optimization of internal services.
