Under the motto ''Learning under stars'' we train 96 curious children at the Montessorischule Hamburg-Bergedorf. The first Montessorischule Hamburg is located on the idyllic grounds of the Hamburg Observatory in the Bergedorf district. Since summer 2007, students learn self-determined according to Maria Montessori ''help me to do it yourself!'' Our small team consists of 17 employees. The classes are run by a teacher team. In the open work, the heart of our school, we are always twice occupied. This means our staff key is 1:12. Dealing with each other is open and warm. No one in the college has to be able to do anything. Together we shape the pedagogy of the school. We want to be a house of learning where children and employees feel equally comfortable. A place of learning and living where you are being researched - where you can develop without fear. A house where our teachers give children confidence and security. In addition to the principles of Montessori education, we focus on the latest scientific findings and neurobiological research findings with regard to teaching. Each child constructs his way of life and requires encouragement and appreciation. Our numerous projects and 'Going-Outs'' can be found on our homepage. From the circus to the drum project we offer many interesting learning fields together with our cooperation partners.

Together with your colleague, you take over the class management. This includes the following tasks: Organisation and implementation of teaching Planning and implementation of class projects Creating performance documentation At best, you enrich the school as a Sopäd as part of the funding coordination
