As a specialist in financial accounting (in part-time | 15 hours a week | terminated as part of a parental office for 1 year), our innovative IT company supports you in efficiently and reliably shaping payment transactions and accounting. If you have an eye for detail and want a modern, digital working environment with a great team, then you are right with us! Your tasks – Live what you like to do! You take the independent processing of debitor and creditor accounting, including maintenance of master data. You'll start output calculations and make sure you have a correct and punctual invoice. You're monitoring payment inputs, clearing open positions and taking care of the dungeon. You process payments, set the payroll on your own and look at the cash flow. You tune bank accounts and make current bookings in the payment area. You support the creation of monthly and annual accounts. In the absence of our balance sheet accounting, you will take over the representation after appropriate incorporation.

You have a completed training as a financial accountant or a comparable commercial qualification. You bring multi-year professional experience in accounting – ideally in the middle class. You have sound knowledge of accounting. You have a good routine in dealing with MS Office, especially Excel. Ideally, you have experience with SAP Business One and the project management tool Maringo. You have a structured, independent and careful way of working. You are reliable, responsible and you like to work in the team. You have knowledge of the German language and the writing of the German language.
