Supply Planner on a temporary basis as a replacement for parental leave (m/f/d)

Demand determination for all product stages and conversion into production orders incl. Termination Short-term schedule and capacity planning as well as control and monitoring of shared orders Regular production and occupancy plans Control of external service providers (residential and foreign processing) Maintenance of material and resource master data (material master data, piece lists, work plans, capacities) Material disposition for raw materials and semi-finished products incl. Order processing and supplier communication Processing of the dungeon for orders, possibly escalation and transfer to relevant areas Communication in planning deviations and active bottleneck resolution Participation in stock planning taking into account capacities, lot sizes, setup times and volume Support in the evaluation of production data for identifying optimization potentials Initiative and participation in projects for process optimization in their own and in adjacent fields

Complete studies in logistics or comparable training Experience in production-related areas and in handling PPS systems in the ERP environment Basic understanding of ERP/APS algorithms (experience with SAP desirable) Knowledge of different PPS and supply/stocking strategies Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel, Access) Embossed planning and organizational talent as well as an analytic, structured and solution-oriented method High numerical affinity and connected thinking Own initiative, commitment and independent working Communication strength, team capacity and enforcement capability Customer-oriented appearance and high loadability Good English knowledge of word and writing
