Recruiter (m/f/d)

As a recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruiting process for a defined area – from the request to the conclusion of the contract. You act as a business partner for executives and introduces market understanding, structure and personality. You shape suitable recruiting measures and structured selection processes and thus ensure a positive candidate experience to a successful occupation. Identify and win appropriate talents through direct address, industry networks and recommendations. You analyze existing recruiting processes, recognize optimization potentials and actively introduce your ideas to continuously develop recruiting. The Applicant Management System (P&I Loga) will provide you with reliable and support team management in the preparation of relevant key figures and reports (Excel).

Completed study with HR focus or comparable qualification At least 5 years of proven successful experience in in-house recruitment.
