For our network customer service, we are looking for a specialist for network customer support in the Avacon area at the locations Sarstedt, Gehrden, Helmstedt, Lüneburg, Nienburg, Syke, Burgwedel, Schöningen, Oschersleben, Genthin, Salzwedel or Gardelegen. The position is limited until 30.12.2026. You make sure that renewable energies feed into our network and fully process inquiries from our feed customers, from registration to remuneration, including related system care. You enter electricity and gas connections from A such as request to Z as counters and take care of the processing of corresponding reference customers, including associated system maintenance. You are the link between our customers, installers, plant designers and partner companies - because you are the central contact person and pull the threads. You optimise and digitize our processes together with us and make us fit for the future.

You are a master, technician or bachelor of a technical course or have started an electrotechnical training and a further education as a master, technician or bachelor. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C2). You have fun in customer contact, you're in a decision-making and solution-oriented manner. You are a team player and convince with a flexible way of working. You are an IT affinist and are delighted to tackle and promote digitalization issues.
